Overview
Traditional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) options are painful for callers (“press 1 to crush your soul”). And, yet, some enterprise orgs continue to accept legacy IVR systems that also hurt them, too. Here’s an infographic I wrote, and later adapted into slides for sales presentations, to help convince businesses to get over their hang ups about upgrading to a modern customer care solution.

Challenges

Overcoming inertia at enterprise organizations, especially when it involves external tech 

Convincing varied stakeholders to invest in better solutions for customer care, which all-too-often is treated as an afterthought

Solutions

Spotting the all-up big picture by combing through global data from 30,000-60,000 survey respondents

Identifying national and regional trends, including key outliers, in local slices of data

Spinning out actionable hospitality marketing tips that mapped back to Tripadvisor products when possible
